Sometimes it is when things go a little wrong that the true worth of a Company can be found.
We took our first children`s book to Red Carrot for layout and printing and throughout we recieved first class attention to detail and tight deadlines were met.
Unfortunately, when the books were unpacked we discovered that the 3rd-party printers had not applied the same levels of care and a number of books were badly trimmed.
Red Carrot immediately attended to this, raced round to collect the books, hand sorted them and arranged an immediate reprint with a generous over run. All this was accomplished in the very best of spirits and without a word of recrimination.
We continue to work with Red Carrot and our second book is nearly ready for print, we will be delighted to take it to them.

Kent County Council - Jamestown Project

Red Carrot have designed an inspired and attention-grabbing exhibition to promote the Discovery ship on her tour around the UK in 2007. The sound practical approach they brought to the project has been invaluable in ensuring the exhibition will be robust enough to withstand the tour yet flexible and manageable enough to be easily transported.

The exhibition panels and banners are of extremely high quality and the same may be said of Red Carrot's client liaison.

Our business "Corporate Waves" Luxury Boat Charter is specialist and we needed a Company that had done similar work before, although their were more local companies near us we used Red Carrot because we were impressed with what they had already produced for previous companies. Red Carrot has been one of the best Design, Print and Web companies I have worked with over the years (and coming from a corporate background I have seen a few!). The unique thing about them is their remarkable ability to adapt to change within the fast moving travel market.

Red Carrot are simply fantastic. This year they have assisted me in developing and printing a sponsorship brochure for an international project, which has been very well received on both sides of the Atlantic. In July 2006 they printed a large glossy colour brochure at very short notice. This print run was personally supervised by Mr Roder to ensure excellent quality.

I recently asked Red Carrot to design an invitation for an event involving the Ambassador to the United States. Once again, the design quality is superb and the turn around very impressive. I will be using them again very soon to assist with the design of some bespoke material for another project that I am working on involving a ship imported from America.

Red Carrot has assisted with the distribution of my materials and no job is too much trouble for them. They provide London quality at local prices. Their customer service is outstanding. What you see is what you get, but it is always VERY professional.

I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.
