Email Instructions
Collecting your emails is very easy, and we provide two different methods for doing so.
Webmail
You can access our web-based interface from any internet-enabled computer by opening your favourite browser and visiting www.yourdomain.co.uk/webmail. You’ll be presented with a login screen where you should enter your email address and password.
Once logged in, you can send and receive messages easily. The webmail service is ideal for accessing your emails from any location, whether at home, in the office, or abroad.
Email software
You can use any POP3 email application such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird to manage your email account. You’ll need the following settings:
Username : Your email address
Password : Your password
Incoming Server : mail.yourdomain.co.uk
Outgoing Server : mail.yourdomain.co.uk
Protocol : POP3
Outgoing Authentication : Yes
